DELIVERY

The delivery is handled by Pošta Slovenije or DPD. In some cases GLS is also an option. 

SHIPPING COST:

• Shipping costs for orders up to 15 EUR (cart value) are 3.90 EUR.
• Shipping costs for orders from 15.01 to 58.99 EUR (cart value) are 2.90 EUR.
• Shipping is free for orders over 59 EUR.

The delivery cost may vary in accordance with the current price list of the delivery service and it is expempt for articles that are outside the normal measurments or weight. If your order or article is affected, you will be notified per e-mail seperately. 

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time in Slovenia for items in stock is usually 1-2 working days from the day of payment of the proforma invoice (in the case of proforma invoice payment), from the day of PayPal payment, or from the order submission in the case of card payments.

In the event that the product is not in stock in our warehouse, the delivery time for the entire order is extended. The availability information is displayed in the description of each item, or you will be informed via email.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE YET

If you do not receive the package within 20 working days after placing the order, please inform us immediately at info@luxbaby.si, and we will check the status of your package.
