The Joie® i-Snug 2 is designed for effortless everyday travel from birth to around 12 months. Weighing only 3.35 kg, it’s one of the lightest infant carriers in its class, making it easy to carry while providing optimal protection and comfort.

Certified safety and crash protection

This car seat meets the latest ECE R129 safety standard and holds the i-Size certification, ensuring compliance with the strictest European regulations. It received a “Good” rating of 2.0 in ADAC testing, and an excellent 1.7 when combined with an Isofix base.

Grows with your child

Suitable from birth to 13 kg (approx. 75 cm), the i-Snug 2 includes a removable newborn insert for added support in the first months. The three-layer memory foam headrest ensures maximum side-impact protection and comfort as your baby grows.

Flexible and easy installation

The seat can be installed with the vehicle’s 3-point seatbelt or using one of several compatible Joie® Isofix bases (i-Base 2, i-Base lx 2, i-Base Advance, i-Base Encore). Some bases allow multi-position recline adjustments. Visual indicators help confirm proper installation.

Compatible with strollers and modular systems

The i-Snug 2 connects to Joie® strollers and others using Joie® adapters. It is part of the modular 3-in-1 system when combined with the i-Base Advance and i-Venture car seat. It’s also compatible with the Encore Spinning System, which supports children from birth to 4 years.

Comfortable and practical design

Soft, breathable, and washable materials ensure a pleasant ride. The water-repellent UPF 50+ canopy protects against sun and rain. The curved base allows for gentle rocking, and the ergonomic handle ensures comfortable carrying.
